Located in the historical center of the Madonite village of Gratteri, this house is perfect for your holiday with family or friends. The flat is in fact spacious, bright and has an excellent layout thanks to which you can admire the characteristic narrow streets and alleys of Gratteri, as it also has balconies in some of the bedrooms. Recently renovated, it is divided on three levels and this characteristic gives the possibility of always having a splendid view.

The house is divided into three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The bedrooms on offer are divided as follows: a large double room equipped with chest of drawers, mirror, wardrobe; a second bedroom which can be used as either a twin or double room, very bright thanks to the balcony overlooking the stone streets of Gratteri; and finally, the last room, smaller than the others and equipped with a single bed.

There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. One, very spacious and bright, is equipped with a large, comfortable washbasin and a shower with a wide bowl. The other, on the other hand, has a bathtub, should one wish to delight in a nice relaxing bath, and is also equipped with a washing machine. Finally, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, from the fridge and oven to the television and dining table.
